    So I created an online CV in 2012 to market myself for skills I didn't have then!! Banking! Just because I thought that I liked it and that it's cool to be work in the bank with sleek suit and tie. Yet, I wasn't marketing myself for the raw skills in software that this old, self-designed HTML/CSS CV apparently shows I had.

    If only someone advised me to stick to that path, because 6 years later, I end up in software mysteriously without even remembering that I did some of these things a long time ago.

    NOTHING CAN STOP IN THE WAY OF DESTINY!!!!!

Focus

Keep focus on your goals. If you remove your eyes from your goals for just one minute, then it is very easy for you to sort of fall back. I always tell myself that every morning when I wake up and that's what keeps me going for the rest of the day. You must continue to get inspiration and motivation. Seek a mentor and a role model; someone more experienced than you are in your area of interest and life in general to whom you can look up to and say, "I want to be something close to that". That creates a vision in your mind that is very much required before any goal can be achieved. In the same breath, you have to be creative, and see yourself uniquely in the future.
